MDFC Club 100 – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a number in the MDFC Club 100.

1. Eligibility

  1. You must be aged 18 or over to enter the 100 Club.
  2. Numbers can be purchased by individuals only - no syndicates or businesses.
  3. Each number is unique and can only be sold once.

2. How It Works

  1. The MDFC Club 100 is a licensed Small Society Lottery operated under registration with South Cambridgeshire District Council.
  2. There are 100 numbers available for purchase.
  3. Participants pay £24 upfront, which covers 12 months of entry (£2 per month).
  4. You may purchase more than one number.
  5. If not enough numbers have been sold before the first draw for the activity to be viable, MDFC Treasurer will refund all payments, and the Club 100 will not go ahead.
  6. If fewer than 100 are sold, members may still join later in the year on a pro-rata basis.

3. Prizes

  1. A monthly draw will award the following prizes:
  2. 🥇 1st Prize – £50
  3. 🥈 2nd Prize – £30
  4. 🥉 3rd Prize – £20
  5. The draw will take place on the last Monday of each month, live on Facebook.
  6. Winners will be drawn using a fair, random method and notified by email.
  7. Prizes will be paid by bank transfer.

4. Tickets & Draw Process

  1. All 100 numbers are entered into each monthly draw, regardless of whether they are sold or selected in a previous month.
  2. Each participant will receive a confirmation email showing their number(s).
  3. Ticket numbers are valid for one season of the MDFC Club 100.
  4. The first draw of the season takes place on the last Monday of September.
  5. Draws will run every month from September to August, each season.
  6. The MDFC Club 100 reserve the right to change the start month. Should the start date change participants will be notified.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  1. All payments are final. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued once the MDFC Club 100 has launched.
  2. In the event of cancellation before launch (e.g. due to low uptake), full refunds will be issued.

6. Data & Communication

  1. Your email address will be used to send:
  2. Purchase confirmation
  3. Notification if you win
  4. Occasional updates on MDFC Club 100 progress
  5. MDFC will never share your data with third parties.

7. Use of Funds

  1. After prize money is paid out, all remaining proceeds go directly to Melbourn Dynamos FC to support club activities such as pitch hire, coaching, and equipment.
  2. A financial summary will be included in the club’s annual treasurer report for transparency.

8. Club Responsibility

  1. The draw is overseen by designated club volunteers who are not eligible to enter to ensure fairness.
  2. Records of entries, winners, and payments will be maintained on the club's OneDrive system.
